Keywords & allow-list

One per line. Keywords (customer names, project codenames) are blocked wherever they appear, whole-word, case-insensitive. Min 4 characters. Allow-list entries (e.g. a shared test email) are never flagged. Min 3 characters.

Browsers pick up changes within 30 minutes (or immediately via "Sync now" in the extension popup).

Policy

Monitor: log what would be blocked, block nothing (recommended for week one)

Enforce: block hard matches, warn on soft ones

Let people "Send anyway" on warnings (email, phone, JWT). Unchecked = warnings become blocks.

If your IT admin sets mode in the browser policy, that setting wins over this page.
